I’ve been experimenting with some different ipad art apps, and so far my favorite has been Procreate. It has the different categories of materials, like ink and painting, and under that, they have different types of brushes and techniques, and then you can adjust pretty much everything- the density, the fade out at the start and end, etc. Then, on the side, you can change the size, color, and the transparency, and they have an undo button, which is really convenient. I recommend this app compared to the others i tried. Here’s a little something i made the other day:
