For my first guest artist, I thought i might begin with someone very close to me: Hailey Dightman. Over the summer, she began a photography blog, Popsicles on Film, which is fantastic. And the crazy part is, she’s only 11. She’s got TALENT.
Hi, my name is Hailey. I am interested in the art of photography. Some of my favorite things are taking photos and writing. Two of my sisters and my mom and step mom all have blogs. Since i am kind of trapped in a blog family I decided to start one myself. In this photo my sister, Hannah is standing on the edge of a cliff looking over Mt. Rainer. Believe it or not this photo was actually an accident but when I downloaded all all the pictures on to the computer I saw this one and I thought it was super awesome! I like Hannah’s hair in this picture. It almost looks like she is in a hair commercial since it was so windy up there.
I’ll try to post a photo once a day, so by the end of the year, I’ll have put together my best collection of 365 photos. I hope you check in to see them all!
For the past few days it has been raining a lot where I live, but when it when it’s all over lots of colors suddenly come into view, and almost everything has dew drops on it, which makes for a perfect photo. With the help of a little editing, this picture turned really awesome.
Fall is one of my favorite seasons. And I love things like going to the pumpkin patch or carving pumpkins. I also love the weather, too. How it’s not to so cold that it’s snowing, and it’s not too hot that you break a sweat. There’s just a soft breeze in the air, and it’s around 30-50 degrees. And then there’s the Autumn colors, I could go on and on about that! Red, orange, yellow, brown, they go so well together.
